1. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We currently ship across all states and union territories within India, subject to courier service availability. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free standard shipping is available on orders of ₹1,500 or more.
• Orders below ₹1,500 will be charged a shipping fee as calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

 

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

• COD is free on orders of ₹1,500 or more.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD access.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders at our discretion.

 

4. PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During sales, product launches, festive seasons, or peak periods, processing times may be extended.

5. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated Delivery

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-metro cities: 4–8 business days
• Remote areas: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

 

6. ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
