Refund policy

1. RETURNS

We accept returns on regularly priced items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused
  • The seal is intact
  • The item is in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

To initiate a return, please contact info.maraskin@gmail.com with your Order ID.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Bundles or kits
  • Travel/mini sizes
  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Products purchased using coupon codes (unless defective)


3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email info.maraskin@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photographs

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner with valid proof of delivery.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping.
  • For other approved returns, customers are responsible for return courier costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after completing an eligible return.

 

7. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

Products purchased through marketplaces or retail stores must be returned to the original place of purchase. We cannot process returns for items not purchased directly from our official website.
